Open Network from my computer
Open my computer and share something
Now go to Control Panel
Now go to another computer and check
Even though if the folder is not getting shared do the following,
Go to respective folder
Now go to another computer and check

Figure: Your Folder is Shared
Figure: Go to Network and Internet
Figure: Open Network and Sharing Center
Figure: Go to change advanced sharing settings
Figure: Make changes in public folder sharing
Figure: Go to network
Figure: Give valid Credentials
Go to respective folder
Figure: Go to Advanced Sharing...
Figure: Check the share this folder
Figure: Folder has shared
Figure: Files can be viewed and updated
