MULTIPLE COLUMNS IN WORD

Definition:

          In word, writing the paragraphs side by side is said to multiple column format. After completing first paragraph in one column then go to second column and so on. This way of writing is known to be multiple column format.

How to add multiple columns in word?

Go to Page Layout Ribbon there you will find columns command in Page Setup toolbar as shown below

Select the text you want to format

    Then now click on columns command and select option from drop down list which, how many columns you want to create.
